EARLY CAREER TEACHERS (ECTs) & MENTORS

From September 2021, statutory induction for new teachers changed as part of the Early Career Framework (ECF) reforms. As a result, all early career teachers (ECTs) in England undergoing statutory induction are entitled to 2 years of high-quality professional development support based on the ECF.

If you are a school leader who might benefit from support for your induction programme or an individual ECT, Mentor or Induction Tutor in need of guidance during some or all parts of the new induction process, our programme can offer you a range of support to cover any or all of the following areas:

We offer a Programme to suit particular needs and requirements. We are happy to visit schools for individual or group sessions or to offer an online service via Zoom or Teams.
