Appraisal takes many different forms and requires as much of the appraiser as of the appraisee when it comes to preparation, engagement, reflection, review and target-setting.

When properly implemented, staff appraisals are an incredibly valuable means of promoting staff development and building morale as well as ensuring that a school’s strategy and vison can continue to be successfully implemented.
