ASPIRING TO MIDDLE & SENIOR LEADERSHIP

We offer a bespoke service to help aspiring middle and senior leaders in schools who feel ready to take the next step in their careers either within their own school or beyond. Our training programme aims to support school leaders in developing their staff and preparing them to take on new, challenging roles and responsibilities. It will equip aspiring middle and senior leaders with the required knowledge, skills and attributes to make both the transition and a positive impact on the teams they will lead.
